A late birthday present

It was one of my old roommates birthday back in June, so I finally got my act together (I made sure it was less than a month late) and made her present.
I took this page out of an amzing book She, by Kobi Yamada. It is full of these simple quotes that empower women. This page fits my amazing friend, she truely does this everyday. Although she thought I chose it as a subtle hint that she was getting married soon, I truely just liked it. I guess I can't blame her for thinking I would do that...

I'm new to this.

Blogging.  I kept telling myself I couldn't do it, and no one would even read it. So I continued to stalk blogs. I only call it stalking because i've never met most of the people whose blogs I read, and if I did meet them, I would be starstruck. So then I decided Who Cares if no one reads it? So I conquered my fear (a fear of blogging, I know i'm pathetic) and i'm doing it! I would love to hear your comments or suggestions. AND? If no one reads this, it can just be my personal journal on the world wide web. Here we go.
This is me and one of my best friends Erin. We went to our favorite local college hang out, Sammy's, for an amazing pie shake (YES, pie + ice cream blended = heaven for me during finals). I miss her while she is living away from me for the summer, but come fall she is all mine. Happy Tuesday!
